Global Metals Investments NL (‘Global Metals, “the Company” is a Perth and Sydney- based ASX-listed mineral resources exploration company targeting gold, nickel, PGE and copper mineralisation within the Jutson Rocks Greenstone Belt (‘JRGB;’) ,situated approximately 125 kms northeast of Laverton, Western Australia.

Since listing on the ASX in September of 2007, Global Metals has assembled a regionally important portfolio of interlocking exploration licences, together capturing approximately 90% of the JRGB – the JRGB itself is some 60 kms in length and averages 9 kms across. Prior to Global Metals' regional consolidation the JRGB area had, for the most part, been precluded from meaningful exploration work due to historical difficulties in securing agreement with the region’s traditional owners. As a consequence the JRGB represents one of the very last greenstone belts situated in Western Australia to have remained, for the most part, precluded from both comprehensive exploration and modern exploration technology.

Global Metals has successfully resolved this historical impasse by forging a strong working relationship with the region’s traditional owners and the Cosmo Newberry Aboriginal Corporation, thereby paving the way for the methodical testing of the JRGB with the aid of modern exploration technology.
